Our application process
1. Show us your interest & apply
Apply with your CV, portfolio or XING or LinkedIn profile. A cover letter is not mandatory – a little information about your current situation, availability and salary expectation is helpful though.
2. Get to know us
We invite you to a first virtual interview with HR and your potential teamlead: We will talk about your experiences and wishes, about the daily routine at Conntac and answer your questions.
3. Get to know us better
In a second interview – virtual or in our Augsburg office – you will get to know our managing directors Benjamin and Michael.
4. Sign your contract
If we are a fit and all questions are answered, you will recieve your employment contract digitally. Welcome to the team!
5. Get to know the team
Depending on how soon you will be joining us, we will invite you to our next team-event or after-work get-together so that you can get to know your new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
6. Your first day
On your first day, we welcome you, hand out your working equipment and inform you about everything you need to know.

Do I have to apply with a cover letter?
No, you don’t. It would still be nice if we get one. A short text with really relevant information about your current situation, your availability and your salary expectation would make us happy.
I have a question before I apply. How can I get an answer?
How often can I work remote or from home?
As much as you want, if you are living in Germany or the United Kingdom and the job offer doesn’t require on-site availability.
I am a freelancer, can I work with Conntac?
We rarely work in freelance contracts, but you can still send us your portfolio.
Can I live outside Germany or the United Kingdom and work remote at Conntac?
This answer is very individual. If you want to work remote from abroad, it’s best to talk to Julia before you apply.
